Crude Treatment Package Engineering — Heater Treater, Coalescer & Stripper
Project Overview
Basic engineering and cost estimates for three discrete equipment packages delivered to a single client across the year — a heater treater, an electrostatic coalescer, and a crude oil stripper column.

Engineering Approach
For each package, FEEC developed the process design basis, validated process simulation, equipment sizing and datasheets, and a structured cost estimate aligned to the client's tender requirements.
The heater treater scope addressed water/oil emulsion treatment with thermal duty calculations and demulsifier injection design; the electrostatic coalescer extended this with a high-voltage grid for fine-emulsion separation; the stripper column sized the trayed column duty for hydrocarbon stabilisation.
All three deliverable packages were structured to be vendor-ready, with mechanical interfaces, instrumentation, and skid layout aligned across the campaign.
