Engineering Approach
FEEC led surface-facilities engineering for the FEED, developing the basis of design, validated process simulation, full PFD and P&ID set, heat and material balances, and equipment datasheets for static and rotating equipment.
The deliverables were structured around a modular execution philosophy to minimise on-site construction time and integrate cleanly with the existing CPF, with main project specifications and RFQs prepared for long-lead-item procurement.
A Class 2 cost and schedule were developed in parallel, giving the operator the substantiating engineering and commercial basis to progress to detailed design.
