Engineering Approach
FEEC prepared the full engineering drawings package and step-by-step operating procedures for deployment of the bismuth plug, working from the technology vendor's product specifications and the operator's well configuration.
The procedures covered surface equipment line-up, deployment sequence, contingency operations, and post-set verification — together with the supporting risk and operability assessments.
Drawings and procedures were structured for both regulatory submission and field-execution use, with clear interfaces between rig contractor, plug supplier, and operator scope.
