Engineering Approach
FEEC developed the topsides basis of design and validated process simulation across plateau, turndown, and start-up cases, producing a complete set of PFDs and P&IDs covering inlet separation, gas processing, condensate handling, and produced water treatment.
Equipment datasheets for all static and rotating equipment were prepared along with the technical and commercial proposal write-up, supporting the contractor's competitive bidding into the field development.
A Class 3 capital cost estimate was structured to give the client a project-funding-grade commercial basis.
