Engineering Approach
FEEC delivered the process design basis and developed heat and material balances across plateau, turndown, and start-up cases, producing a full set of developed P&IDs for the three-phase inlet separation, gas compression and dehydration, condensate stabilisation, and produced water treatment systems.
Equipment datasheets and a preliminary cost estimate to ±30% accuracy were prepared for project sanctioning, with structured backup calculations for each major item.
The FEED package was issued to the client's structural and naval architecture teams with equipment weight and footprint data sufficient to initiate the topsides-hull interface design and confirm deck loading criteria.
