Engineering Approach
FEEC delivered the process design basis, sizing the complete water treatment chain — coarse and fine filtration, deaerator tower with vacuum package, seawater lift pumps, and high-pressure injection pumps — together with supporting hydraulic, instrumentation, and electrical scope.
A complete set of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, equipment list and layout, project specifications, and equipment RFQs were issued, with cost-to-build prepared for tender.
A Class 5 capital cost estimate was structured to give the client an early-stage basis for decision support and investor presentation.
