Engineering Approach
Process simulation of the test separator was carried out across maximum and minimum flow cases, with sensitivity runs against worst-case GOR and water-cut to confirm sizing margins under the full envelope of expected wells.
The gas combustion and flaring system was sized to API 12J, and process datasheets were prepared for the three-phase test separator, metering skid, and gas flare package within the client's tender deadline.
