When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, selected service area, and message. We also record the page used to submit the enquiry and, where available, the referring website hostname. Please do not submit confidential technical information before an NDA is in place.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess your requirements, respond to you, prepare a scope or proposal, and maintain an appropriate record of the resulting business communication. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Form processing
Website enquiries are transmitted and processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing provider. Formspree processes this information on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms. Email and communications providers may also process information where necessary to deliver and retain correspondence.
Retention and disclosure
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, meet professional and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We disclose information only where needed to operate these communications or where required by law. FEEC does not use associates or subcontractors to deliver its engineering engagements.
